How long will it take to receive my order?
Normal turnaround time is 3-6 weeks, plus shipping. VAVA is a very small (ie one person small) operation, and I cut and sew everything to order. Thanks for your patience and your support of slow fashion.
What are your shipping rates?

All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Priority shipping is available within the US for a flat fee of $7. Please contact if you need to discuss alternate shipping options.
My measurements don’t match the size chart- can you make something to my measurements?
Yes, absolutely. Custom sizing is available at no extra charge. Just contact me to with the style(s) your interested in and your measurements or sizing info.
I see you make lots of sizes- where can I see photos of your lingerie on more models?
You can check out my Instagram feed, or the hashtag #vavalingerie for more photos. I know that it's challenging to shop for something shown on a model that looks nothing like you, and I hope to have the budget to photograph pieces for the website on more models in the future. Right now, most products shots are shown on me.
Are these bralettes really supportive enough for large cup sizes?
I have lots of customers who wear G and H cups that love the fit and support of these bralettes. That being said, if you’re used to the support of a structured, underwire bra these will not provide that level of support, and I don’t recommend jogging in them or anything.
What if the bralette I ordered doesn’t fit?
No sweat- just send it back. Bra fit is extremely important, and choosing the right size online can be tricky. If you feel that another size would be a better fit simply send it back and we’ll get you the right sizing. Or, if the fit of VAVA bralettes just isn’t for you, you can return it and I'll issue you a full refund, minus shipping.
What if the panties I ordered don’t fit?
Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of the product, I can't accept returns or exchanges on panties or bodysuits. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to the size charts, and don’t hesitate to send your measurements or any questions you might have regarding size choice.
What if there’s a loose thread/imperfection/something wrong with my order?
VAVA lingerie is made by very meticulous, careful hands, but they are human hands. Please let me know if you have any issues with your items, and I will make it right.
I’m a blogger/model/photographer. Are you interested in doing a promotional trade?
As a small company I don’t have much of a budget for promotional items, and I'm often too busy filling orders and dreaming up new designs to make them. But, feel free to reach out- you might catch me with some extra time on our hands, or I might just fall completely in love with you and have to send you something <3
